VOLUNTEER for Bike the Cbus (Sign Posting) 2017

Columbus' original city-wide ride since 2008, Bike the Cbus (BtCB) is a self-guided group tour highlighting our city’s unique and evolving center-ring neighborhoods. The ride features four Neighborhood Routes of varying lengths that total approximately 30 miles, of which participants can ride as many or few as they choose. More seasoned cyclists can ride BtCB+, a unique SAG-supported urban Metric Century Route (62 miles) through Franklin County. Along each route, there are stops hosted by local organizations who provide snacks and entertainment.

Help is need on the Wednesday before the ride to post signs along the route alerting riders to turns and opportunities for rest, refreshments and bicycle maintenance. Bring a Phillips head screw driver if you have one. All volunteers receive a free Bike the Cbus t-shirt and all are invited to ride the traveling pre-ride route vetting party on Saturday, August 26th!
